7 April 2011: Tasks for the Day

In the last lesson, you learnt how to read and interpret histograms from the online lessons in AceLearning Portal.

You will be doing the following:
Task 1: Quiz [10 min]
  • This is a 10-min quiz to be done on your own. 
  • Calculator is allowed.
  • No discussion is allowed. 
  • The purpose of the quiz is to check your own understanding on how to draw out information from a histogram and apply it in a real world situation.
  • We will discuss the answer on Friday (8 April)
Task 2: Organising Data in a Frequency Table [30 min]
  •  Login to AceLearning > Go to Secondary 1 Express Elementary Mathematics 
  • Click at Statistics > Data Handling 
  • Select 6. Frequency Tables
